So I tried to dl Jillian (with clean installer) for my neighborhood group of townies and she shows up w/o, uhmmm, the back of her head/hair. o.O;;;

Hmm, I think that means the mesh for her hair didn't come with it. I'm not quite sure what the problem could be, but usually when that happens to my sims, just change the hair to something else and she should be good as new.
